We treat emergency patients without advance notification

Do you have a medical emergency? Then make your way straight to the Permanence 21 emergency unit and general practice. Advance notification is not necessary. If you have any questions, you can call us on 056 222-1822. At Permanence 21, you will always receive a quick medical assessment from a competent doctor, whatever the problem.

 

As a general practice patient, you will continue to call us as before to make an appointment with your doctor. In addition to this, all of our general practice patients have access to our services during the extended opening hours, when necessary.

Billing

Recognized by the health insurance companies

The services provided by Permanence 21 are recognized by health and accident insurers. Bills are drawn up in accordance with the official TARMED rates.

Patients resident in Switzerland

After the first consultation, you will receive a bill. Please settle the amount indicated within 30 days. A detailed record of treatment will also be enclosed for the health insurer.

You can also pay the bill directly at the cash desk. We accept Swiss currency as well as EC, post office and credit cards.

Patients not resident in Switzerland

Please settle your bill directly at the cash desk using Swiss currency or an EC, post office or credit card. You can also obtain a detailed record of treatment for your insurance company upon request.
